• All discounts subject to change without notice. Both Friday & Saturday must be booked together to receive the "weekend special" discount.
• The "Sand Dollar Special" must be mentioned at the time of booking in order to receive any discounts. No discounts will be honored after the initial booking date.

• Reservations require an advance deposit made by personal check, credit card, or money order and must be received no later than 5 days after making reservations. Room balances are due upon arrival. Suites and Cottages are fully prepaid. NO REFUNDS. NO SHORTENING OF STAYS.
• King room assumes two people.
• All other accommodations assume two adults and up to two children under high school age.
• Additional persons will be charged at $20 for an adult and $10 for a child.
• Above prices do not include 7% Maine Lodging Tax and a small handling fee.
• Rates subject to change without notice and may be slightly higher during prime periods.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
• No personal checks accepted at or near check-in time.
