- Reservations require an advance deposit made by personal check, credit card, or money order and must be received no later than 5 days after making reservations.

- Suites and Cottages are available only by the week from Saturday to Saturday during the main season. *Some exceptions made – please inquire.

- 2-Night minimum throughout the main season and also on the weekends in the Spring or Fall seasons.
- King room assumes two people and one child.
- All other accommodations assume two adults and up to two children thirteen years of age or younger.
- Additional persons will be charged at $20.00 for an adult and $10.00 for a child.
- Rates do not include an 8% Maine Lodging Tax and a small handling fee.
- Must be 21 years of age to rent a room.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- No personal checks accepted at or near check-in time.
- We reserve the right to eject anyone or anybody found smoking in a room or unit.
- $200.00 fine for anyone found smoking in a room or unit.
- All rooms come with AC, Cable, Flat Screen LCD TV w/ DVD, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, pool access, one free parking space and free Wi-Fi.
- Views not guaranteed.
- Early check outs will receive no house credit or refund.
- Manager available 24-hours a day.
- No parking or room-entry guaranteed until 3:00 pm.
- Other than service dogs, we do not allow pets
- No outdoor grills on Sands property except for Cottage A & Cottage B
- No early check in is possible during peak periods. Do not be disappointed if you are asked to come back at 3:00pm.
